Here's a US spec 1972 FJ40 Soft Top that underwent a frame off restoration. Approximately 11k miles have been added since completion. The truck was upgraded to a Chevrolet 350 Small-Block 5.7L engine with Holly Sniper Fuel Injection. The owner reports approximately 19,500 total miles on the engine, The truck retains her original 4-speed manual transmission. Power steering and power front discs brakes with rear drums make this Land Cruiser easy to drive. There's a full roll cage which is welded to the frame, Bestop seats and a Tuffy locking center console.  Under it all you'll find a 2.5" lift, Bilstein shocks and new BFG All Terrain tires wrapped around 15" Toyota steel wheels with chrome hubcaps. In front you will find a "shorty" front bumper with two "D" hooks. In the rear is a stout 4PLUS bumper with tire carrier and cooler rack. The truck is rust free.

She comes complete with full factory style soft top and a safari top for summer cruising! Toyota FJ40 hard doors plus vinyl ½ doors. As you can see in the various pictures. The paint is not high gloss. I would call it a "satin" finish. There is a close up photo close in the photo gallery.

The following work was completed on 4/14/25.

• Inspect entire truck

• Valve cover gaskets

• New turn signal collar

• New turn signal switch

• New fuel tank filler neck

• Removed rear locker and returned to stock rear end. (Differential/ 3rd member and new gear oil.  The rear locker will comes with the vehicle.

• Change oil & filter

• Check all fluid levels

• Repair windshield wipers

• Owner reports small leak at rear main seal.
