For those who are unwilling to settle for anything but the best, I suggest this 1982 FJ40 in a seldom seen color - factory Green (681)

Originally sold at Stevenson Toyota in Lakewood Colorado, this FJ40 has received a complete frame-off restoration by Jeremiah Proffitt at Proffitt's Resurrection Land Cruisers.

 

The truck has factory power steering and factory air conditioning. The entire vehicle was completely dismantled, parts were media blasted, zinc plated, silver aluminum plated, powder coated, painted, upholstered, and more. All parts either replaced with new OEM or refurbished. You will see much of this in the video's below.

OEM six-spoke white wagon wheels are wrapped around new BFGoodrich AT 33x10.5x15. Includes a 2 1/2" Old Man Emu suspension with greaseable shackles and Bilstein shocks. 

 

The truck was disassembled down to the frame. Every component or sub-component was replaced, repaired, rebuilt or cosmetically restored. This includes the engine, transmission, drivetrain, brakes and all mechanicals. The frame was powder coated and the underside of the tub lined with six gallons of Vortex lining. All body parts were disassembled and painted Toyota Green (Code 681).

Inside you will find upgraded upholstery, floor mats, new door panels, dashpad, RetroSound vintage-look BlueTooth radio, new headliner and much more.

 

Comes complete with Owners manual, tool bag, OEM jack, jack rods, jack handle & trouble light. Owner reports mild crazing or checking around rivets on the fiberglass hard top. This is shown in the gallery.
