This extraordinary 1981 Land Cruiser FJ43 FST has been driven only 7777 km's since it was purchased new in Colombia in 1981. The owner passed away a few years after he and his wife purchased the Land Cruiser and she kept the truck. Ten years passed and then fifteen more before she finally let go of it 2016. At that point the new owner sent the truck to the USA headed for Proffitt’s Resurrection Land Cruisers in Orchard City Colorado.

Over the course of several months, the experts at Proffitt's carefully performed a discriminating museum quality restoration on the cosmetics and mechanicals while carefully preserving the originality of the vehicle and making sure she performed as good as she looks.

The truck has factory power steering and air conditioning that blows cold. All the gauges work, lights, wipers, controls operate as they should. She received some paint work on the front clip but much of the exterior and interior remain untouched. The original factory soft top is on the truck and is in very good condition. If the new owner would prefer a new soft top in his/her choice of color they can swap out the original top for a new quality top. The upholstery is all original. The floor coverings are original to the truck. The tires are new.

She has a clean and clear Iowa title and comes with extensive records of work performed, import documents, written provenance certifying the mileage from the original owners.
This is the lowest miles surviving FJ43 that in known to exist. I know of none that even come close. For the discriminating Land Cruiser owner who wants to own the best examples available.
