Keynote Speaker - Randy Nonnenberg
This year the museum is pleased to present Randy Nonnenberg as the keynote speaker. Randy is the Co-Founder and President of BringATrailer.com, the popular online auction marketplace and enthusiast community founded in 2007.
Randy's car passion comes from many hours spent in the garage with his father as a child, and from their restoration of several cars together including early Mustangs, Alfas, Land Cruisers, and a 1963 Corvette. His first vehicle was a 1974 FJ40 that he found in the Truck Trader print ads at age fourteen.
Having studied Mechanical Engineering with hopes of working in the auto industry, he developed a career working for Audi AG & BMW AG for ten years following college. Today, Randy's daily driver is a Renault R5 Turbo 2, but his favorite vehicle is his 1975 FJ40 that he has had for 21 years and built in the exact style of the truck he drove in high school. CruiserFest is the museum's way of connecting the outdoor and off-road community while providing educational and networking opportunities. This event welcomes people of all ages and includes an outdoor car show, tours of the museum, as well as workshops and presentations aimed toward increasing visitors' appreciation of the outdoors and sharpening their skills for getting out to explore the world around them.
